ACHLA Designs recently announced that longtime representative Kay Arnold Barnett passed away. The full announcement is below:
All of us at ACHLA Designs are sad to announce the passing of our long time representative, Kay Arnold Barnett. Kay was our first rep. We signed her up in 1995 when we started ACHLA Designs and showed at High Point for the first time, after a chance meeting at a restaurant while waiting to be seated. She was a very warm and much-liked person who loved working with customers.
Kay attended many shows with us, from NY Gift show at the Piers to Atlanta's AmericasMart's January and July shows, and covered the NJ and NY region for us. Her presence will be greatly missed by us as well her customers in the Garden Center and Interior Design industry, many of whom she knew for over 20 years. In addition to our line she represented, among others, Uwharrie Chair and Campo de’ Fiori.
Kay is survived by two sons, Brett and Barton Barnett, and a granddaughter whom she loved dearly and talked about often.
ACHLA Designs has not yet appointed a rep to cover Kay's territory and requests all customers to work with the office's customer service department at 1-800-626-1114 or info@achla.com.
