Scotch Plains - After more than 65 years in the community, a local garden center is closing its doors.
Parker Gardens hosted a liquidation auction Saturday, Aug. 27 at 10 a.m. to sell more than $500,000 worth of its inventory, including trees, plants and some equipment, the company said in a press release.
