Molbak’s Garden + Home is a garden center that’s truly focused on customer experience. Like many other IGCs, Molbak’s competes with not only big box stores and online retailers, it also competes with popular apparel brands and gift and home stores.

 “The staff at Glenhaven is very responsive, and work well with our buying, accounting, and receiving departments to keep product flowing smoothly to our sales floor,” Smith says. “The buying trips are very well organized. Suppliers are well vetted before buyers arrive, and translators and detailed itineraries allow us to cover a lot of ground efficiently.”
