The National Hardware Show (NHS) has announced True Value Company President and Chief Executive Officer John Hartmann as a keynote speaker at its upcoming Show in May. Hartmann’s keynote presentation will take place on Tuesday morning, May 7 on the stage in the NRHA Village located in the Central Hall lobby immediately following the show’s opening ceremony.
“Our industry is rapidly changing, and the National Hardware Show is the perfect place for both retailers and manufacturers to come together to address this transformation,” Hartmann says. “I’m honored to discuss how the independent hardware retailer is well positioned for growth and profitability at the Show.”
Entitled “Unlocking True Value,” Hartmann’s address will highlight how returning the majority of its members’ equity has offered retailers the opportunity to invest in their business as they know best and how a new company structure has enabled True Value to accelerate strategic investments without cutting into retailers’ profits.
“We are honored to welcome John Hartmann as one of our keynote speakers,” Rich Russo, industry vice president for the National Hardware Show says. “John’s extensive experience will inspire exciting conversation between retailers and manufacturers about the ever-changing hardware and home landscape.”
