AmericanHort is offering three, 15-minute webinars for retailers starting April 1. The "Spring Training for Sales" series features online educational sessions for all levels of retail staff. Each session is tailored to a specific role in a retail business, and the first session is for managers. The second webinar on April 8 will focus on strategies for sales staffs, and the final training will be for CSRs on April 15. Each webinar begins at 12:30 p.m. EST. Doug Fleener, a 25-year veteran retailer and president and managing partner of Dynamic Experiences Group LLC, a retail and customer experience consulting firm, will host each webinar.
