Aquascape Inc. has partnered with Shopatron, a leading provider of eCommerce solutions for consumer goods manufacturers, to make the former's water gardening products more easy to obtain online.
Aquascape recently launched an online store, powered by Shopatron. Now shoppers can easily purchase Aquascape products directly from the Aquascape Web site. Aquascape will engage retailers as order fulfillment partners, using Shopatron’s Coex Freedom order exchange technology.
“We are very excited to launch a Shopatron eCommerce solution,” said Jeffrey Payton, vice president of business development at Aquascape. “We receive a lot of inquires from consumers who want to buy products at our Web site. We were hesitant to add eCommerce to aquascapeinc.com because we value our relationships with retailers and contractors. With the unique Shopatron solution, we can give consumers the convenient shopping experience they want, while driving sales and traffic for our retailers. It’s a win-win.”
“We are gratified to welcome Aquascape to the Shopatron community,” said Ed Stevens, Shopatron founder and CEO. “The Lawn & Garden Equipment and Tools industry is an emerging new market for Shopatron. We are committed to providing shoppers and retailers with great experiences for years to come.”
Aquascape joins nine other Lawn & Garden equipment and tool manufacturers who use Shopatron’s Coex Freedom order exchange to enable shipment of consumer orders from retail fulfillment partners across North America.
