Dr. Allan Armitage is launching a new addition to his popular mobile app, "Armitage's Greatest Perennials and Annuals" that aims to market the best independent garden centers.
Armitage says consumers use his app in the garden and while shopping. But one of the constant questions he receives is “Where do I buy the plants?”
To provide an answer to that question, the renowned horticulturist has added the section "A's Great Garden Centers" to the app.
Want to be included? Contact Dr. A at amarmitage@earthlink.net. The app will be able to include all your locations with links to websites or specials. He is looking into a store locator by zipcodes.
There is no cost, other than your promise to vigously promote the app on your newsletters, emails and websites and in the stores.
Armitage plans to launch this section by mid-October, so contact him to get started.
The app is available on most smartphones and tablets. Just go to your device's app store and search for "Armitage." The price of the app is $4.99.
