Atlas Greenhouse announced the acquisition of Stuppy Greenhouse. Together, the companies represent nearly 200 years of combined industry knowledge and experience, proudly producing U.S.-made greenhouse solutions.
This strategic combination unites two brands into one robust offering that expands options and delivers more comprehensive solutions for customers across all major end markets and geographies. Customers will continue to have full access to both the Atlas and Stuppy product lines.
“Our focus is simple – strengthen what customers already value while expanding what we can deliver,” said John Edwards, CEO. “By combining Atlas and Stuppy, we bring together decades of engineering excellence, manufacturing capability, and customer commitment. This is a win for our customers and a win for the industry.”
Matt Stuppy, the fifth-generation owner of Stuppy Greenhouse, added, “Customer confidence has been the focal point of the Stuppy family for 153 years. That confidence can only be achieved through collaborating with customers, employees, and industry partners to provide solutions that provide real value. Given the cultural fit and aligned values of both organizations, I believe we will be able to quickly continue to innovate complete solutions and provide meaningful resources to greenhouse users of all sizes across all end markets.”
Both Atlas and Stuppy have long been recognized for manufacturing high-quality greenhouse structures in the United States. Together, they reinforce a shared commitment to American-made products, integrity, innovation and long-term value.
The combined company will continue to support a diverse and growing customer base, from agriculture and ornamental commercial growers to retail garden centers, educational institutions and research facilities. Across each segment, customers will benefit from a broader and more integrated product offering, enhanced engineering and technical expertise, and a continued commitment to helping them improve efficiency, increase productivity, and achieve their financial and operational goals.
