On August 2, 2019, Bailey announced that Jimmy Kuon has been promoted to Regional Sales Manager, overseeing Sales Representatives covering the eastern part of the United States and Canada. Kuon has worked in sales on the East Coast at Bailey for nearly 20 years, making him well-poised to move into this new role.
"Jimmy is a strategic thinker that has extensive experience in wholesale sales, the Bailey organization and our customers’ businesses, and the various distribution channels in our industry,” said Bailey Sales & Marketing Director Marc McCormack. “Additionally, Jimmy has a deep knowledge of plants that carries through all of our product lines of bareroot, liners and containers, perennials, trees and shrubs that will be a great support for the sales team and their customers.”
In addition to his tenure at Bailey, Kuon has management experience in both wholesale and retail companies. He has a proven track record of ensuring best-in-class service and customer satisfaction, which will be carried through ongoing coaching with his team of Bailey Sales Representatives.
“I am excited and look forward to working with a fine group of Sales Representatives and Bailey staff, sending our fine plants across this great nation of ours,” Kuon said. “What an opportunity for a small-town guy form South Jersey. Let the journey begin!”
