CHICAGO & NATIONAL HARBOR, MD – IGC Show announces Corey Bordine, former third-generation owner of one of America’s largest independent garden centers, Bordine’s, as a keynote speaker at IGC Show in Chicago and IGC East in Maryland this August.
In his IGC 2014 keynote, "Here's How Your Customers Really See Your Business," Bordine asks - "Do you see your store the same way your customers do? Probably not - you can't - you're so busy working in your business that you're not working on your business." To survive and thrive, he says, you need honest feedback from your customers on what they experience when they shop your garden center. Bordine's unique talents in understanding and communicating the realities of IGC retailing position him among the most powerful observers in our industry. In his keynote, he'll tell it like it is - you may not want to hear it, but you need to. His insights on what garden centers look like through "the lens of the customer" are compelling and action-worthy for stores of all sizes.
Additional keynotes for IGC Chicago and IGC East will be announced soon. For more information, visit www.igcshow.com.
