Capital Nursery in Sacramento sold its property on Freeport Boulevard to supermarket Raley’s on Wednesday in an effort to pay off debts, reports the Sacramento Bee.
The supermarket will continue to lease the land to Capital Nursery for the time being.
According to the Sacramento Bee, the nursery, which also has locations in Elk Grove and Citrus Heights, was struggling to repay more than $1.3 million in debt.
