Waco, TX - Easy Gardener Products, Inc. ("Easy Gardener"), a lawn and garden products company, announced that it has been acquired by Centre Lane Partners, LLC ("Centre Lane"), according to a press release from Easy Gardener.
Founded in 1983, Easy Gardener distributes more than 1,000 SKUs through a network of more than 50 lawn and garden retail partners in 25 different countries. The company distributes a wide array of products in the fertilizer, chemical-free weed control and consumer shade categories. Easy Gardener's portfolio of brands includes Jobe's, Weedblock, Landmaster, Sunscreen and Ross.
