True Value Home and Garden Showplace has named Ceramo Co. as its 2011 “New Vendor of the Year.” Ceramo, which imports a wide range of flower pots and planters from factories around the globe, was recognized both for the quality and design of its pottery collections and for the exceptional customer service it offers to its customers.
In her speech announcing the award, Sue Amatangelo of True Value Home and Garden Showplace cited Ceramo’s track record of on-time deliveries and successful fulfillment of orders as primary reasons for the honor. She also mentioned Ceramo’s unique blend of value flower pots and related products and contemporary design of its planters as being contributing factors to Home and Garden Showplace’s decision to recognize Ceramo.
The award, which is presented annually at the True Value Fall Market, is presented to the new vendor in the Home and Garden Showplace category which offers the best combination of sales, successful deliveries, customer service and customer satisfaction to the Home and Garden Showplace member stores.
