As you've probably figured out by now, we're big on solution marketing and merchandising, so we were instantly enamored with a recent promotion at Rolling Green Nursery. The garden center in Greenland, N.H., is touting a theme that is sure to appeal to a good number of its customers.
"It's Nesting Time" is advocating that customers stop by the store to find fresh greens and berries, along with a wide array of gifts for gardeners and nature lovers. The fare includes windowsill herbs, houseplants, succulents, Christmas Cactus, cyclamen and potted bulbs, to name a few items, all of which are great "nesting time" goodies that will come in handy now that the weather is about to turn.
Garden Centers that reinforce themes of this nature serve customers in a way that they appreciate -- and when appreciation transforms to reciprocation ... well, that's when the good folks at Rolling Green Nursery will begin to hear the magic sound of "Cha-ching!"
Looking for a Cha-ching! you might have missed? Go to the search box and type Cha-ching! Items are listed by date.
