Rolling Green Nursery is big on providing education. And on providing information. And on providing empowerment.
In fact, in e-blasts and on the company website, those benefits are noted as "cornerstones" that define the Greenland, N.H. garden center's Garden School Series classes that are held throughout the year. Beginning April 2 and running through September, sessions will focus on a variety of topics -- all designed to educate customers and strengthen the bond Rolling Green shoppers share with the staff. Titles include "Pruning and Gardening Cleanup," "Lawn Care: Ask An Expert," "Roses: Selection and Care," "Perennials for Containers and Small Places" and "Center for Wildlife -- Birds of Prey and Their Migration."
There's even a "Private Class" schedule offered, with curriculum that offers more in-depth training and networking opportunities for Rolling Green customers who belong to local gardening clubs.
The sum of all these parts is, indeed, plenty of education and information and empowerment for the customers who take part -- and plenty of Cha-ching! opportunities for Rolling Green when the "students" return time and again to find the items they need to put their newfound knowledge to the test in the garden.
Looking for a Cha-ching! you might have missed? Go to the search box and type Cha-ching! Items are listed by date.
