One sure-fire way to attract customers to the store is to host pertinent events. Another is to host A LOT of pertinent events. Milaeger's in Racine, Wis., consistently finds a way to put a check in both boxes, and, as a result, gets to enjoy the fruits of cultivating repeat customers.
The Milaeger's calendar this year featured no fewer than 35 events or classes, with the subject matter running the proverbial gamut. Greenhouse tours, an Home and Garden Expo, a Mother's Day event, a Spring Open House, a nursery tour, a Wine and Roses event and several children-targeted get togethers teamed to make this a busy year indeed at Milaeger's.
But, then, every year is a busy year at Milaeger's. And you know what busy generally means for a retail business: That's right, lots of potential for "Cha-ching!"
Looking for a Cha-ching! you might have missed? Go to the search box and type Cha-ching! Items are listed by date.
