As a service to its customers, Merrifield Garden Center offers a Plant Diagnostic Clinic at each of its three stores. Whether it’s an insect, disease or plant question, the garden center's experts can help diagnose the problem and offer solutions.
The retail center, based in Merrifield, Va., will share, for instance, that an insecticide won’t fix a fungus problem and a broadleaf weed killer won’t treat a grassy weed. Its experts can help customers get it right the first time, and that generally leads to a second-time visit (and a third-time visit and a fourth-time visit and ...).
Being an expert at what it does is something in which Merrifield Garden Center's staff obviously prides itself. The fact that customers appreciate the expertise is good for a lot of things, not the least of which is "Cha-ching!"
Looking for a Cha-ching! you might have missed? Go to the search box and type Cha-ching! Items are listed by date.
