Contech aquires Christmas Mountains Manufacturing Inc.

The Lawn & Garden Performance Group LLC announced this week the sale of Christmas Mountains Manufacturing Inc. to Contech Enterprises Inc. of Victoria, British Columbia. Christmas Mountains Manufacturing Inc . is best known as the makers of Santa's Solution Christmas tree stands, Christmas Mountains distributes a complete line of premium Christmas products. 
 
Christmas Mountains owners Mike and Dave Bolster said they are excited about the growth potential the acquisition brings. "We built the first factory with one product and just one customer back in 1993," said Mike Bolster. "With the help of our family, especially our father Stuart, a chartered accountant, we managed to expand our product line and our customer base over the last nineteen years. While we now sell fifteen products to hundreds of companies, large and small, the acquisition by Contech makes it possible to grow larger and faster than we could have otherwise."
