Dorothy Biddle Service of Greeley, Pa., recently purchased Bonnie Manufacturing and Sales, a manufacturer of pin-type flower holders, or flower frogs as they are commonly called.
Flower frogs are the holders that are most often used in Ikebana and most other types of flower arrangements. Many potters attach the holders to their vases and bowls, so they will easily hold flowers.
DBS, which will be celebrating its 75th anniversary in 2011, has included the flower holders in the company catalog since the 1940s. For more information, please go to the website, or call (888) 712-3239.
