Dümmen group hires new team members in Key Account and Broker Support roles

They will be responsible for building, developing and maintaining current broker and grower customer relationships.

Hilliard, OH – The dümmen group recently announced that it has hired two people in Key Account and Broker Support roles, which are pivotal in strengthening the company's customer relationships and for growing business, according to a press release from dümmen.

Jim DevereuxJim Devereux, previously the head of sales and production for Gulley Greenhouse Inc., is joining the dümmen group, NA team in a Key Account and Broker Support role for the sales division. Devereux holds a Bachelor’s degree in Soil Science and Horticulture from University of Wyoming. He brings 14 years of horticulture, sales and customer relationship experience, which will be a valuable asset to the dümmen group, NA team. 

Andrew Konicki, previously a sales representative for Syngenta/SHS Griffin, will also join the dümmen group, NA team in a Key Account and Broker Support role for the sales division. Konicki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from Ball State University. He brings four years of extensive sales and customer relationship building experience, both of which will be a valuable asset to the dümmen goup, NA team.

Andrew Konicki Devereux and Konicki will be responsible for building, developing, and maintaining current broker and grower customer relationships. They will also coordinate customer support efforts with marketing, product management, logistics, and customer service, while promoting product portfolios and increasing sales to build the dümmen group brand. Devereux will be based in Fort Collins, Colo., and Konicki will be based in Tulsa, Okla. Both will be an integral partner among all departments of dümmen group.
