Paul Ecke Ranch, the world’s largest breeder of poinsettia plants, is partnering with The Venetian/The Palazzo hotels to create a stunning, living topiary holiday display made from Ecke’s newest introduction, Polar Bear poinsettia. This will serve as the official launching pad for Ecke’s Pay-it-Forward for Polar Bears campaign which benefits Polar Bears International.
There will be a public and media event at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 9, to unveil the larger-than-life poinsettia sculpture to help raise awareness about conservation of polar bears and Arctic habitat.
What does conservation in full bloom look like? It’s in the face of a beautiful white bear, whose existence is threatened in our world today. Polar Bears International is a non-profit organization dedicated to the conservation of Polar Bears and their habitat through research and education projects sponsored by this organization and their partners.
For every Polar Bear poinsettia cutting purchased, Ecke will make a donation to PBI to help with this important cause. One hundred percent of all donations go directly to the projects.
