Katie Jo Dumford has joined the Eason Horticultural Resources customer service team.
Dumford comes to EHR with more than 24 years of experience in the horticulture industry. She began her career in the nonprofit sector before moving to retail. She then transitioned to work with wholesale nursery growers. For the past eight years, she served in account management and sales executive roles in the green industry. Dumford holds a degree in horticulture from Merced College and a BA in agricultural studies from California State University Stanislaus.
"Her passion for horticulture, breadth of experience and focus on customer satisfaction make this transition from the front lines into an operational support role a natural fit," EHR said.
