Four Star Greenhouse has moved the dates of its Grower Open House Week to coincide with the Michigan Garden Tour. This year’s Grower Open House will be held August 5-9 and will include several new features:
* Guided tours in Four Star’s award-winning Display Gardens. Hundreds of varieties and combinations will be on display.
* Key Account Days (August 6-7), including a new Key Account Recognition dinner, for program participants.
* New 2014 and existing varieties growing in sun and shade garden plantings, hanging baskets and upright combinations.
* Staff presentations and Q&A discussions, and more.
“We’re excited about this new format,” says Four Star President Tom Smith. “This gives growers an opportunity to see so many fantastic varieties growing in the landscape and also meet with our staff for more information and questions. Many growers told us the timing is better for them, and it is more convenient for those participating in the Michigan Garden Tour.”
