Garden Centers of America launches customer-service training webinars

Consultant Kathryn Dager of Profitivity will offer tips for improving customer relations

Garden Centers of America will be offering its members access to a four-week series of customer-service training webinars. Kathryn Dager of Profitivity will host the sessions titled “Your Front Line Creates Your Bottom Line.”

Each week participating companies will watch a short uploaded video with tips on service and sales followed by participation in a live teleseminar. The hour-long sessions focus on hiring the right people to make businesses successful. Seminar dates are March 23, March 30, April 6 and April 13.
