Garden Centers of America has been selected to serve as the U.S. representative of the International Garden Centre Association, an independent not-for-profit organization dedicated to the continuous improvement of the garden center industry worldwide.
Next fall, IGCA will present its annual International Garden Centre Congress, October 6-11, 2013, in Melbourne, Australia, featuring guided tours of the best garden centers in the area. Special events planned for the event include organized dinners and an afternoon tea at the Government House, as well as a visit to the National Sports Museum at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. GCA members will enjoy discounted rates to the congress garden center tour event.
