Griffin Greenhouse Supplies is expanding its Midwest operations to provide retail partners with enhanced support, improved product availability and faster delivery.
As part of this expansion, Griffin has added a dedicated sales team, including industry veterans Matt Intrieri, Todd Monette, Jeff Fasel and Luke Weller, formerly of Prince Corporation. With decades of combined experience and strong local relationships, the team aims to work closely with retail partners to better serve stores, customers and overall business growth.
To support these efforts, Griffin is upgrading its Woodridge, Illinois, warehouse to also serve retail distribution. This transition is poised to increase local inventory, improve fill rates and ensure faster, more reliable delivery — helping retailers keep shelves stocked during peak demand periods.
According to Griffin, benefits for retail partners include:
- Local, retail-focused support: Dedicated Griffin representatives will collaborate directly with stores to meet seasonal demands, merchandising goals and operational needs.
- Improved product availability: Expanded local inventory and streamlined distribution provide quicker access to essential retail products.
- Expert retail insight: Experienced teams offer product knowledge and category support to drive sales, margin and customer satisfaction.
“Griffin is committed to growing alongside our retail partners,” said Andrew Barry, managing director at Griffin. “This expansion strengthens our local presence and allows us to deliver greater value, dedicated support and seamless collaboration to every aspect of our partners’ businesses.”
