Hoerr Nursery in Peoria, Ill., will celebrate the first signs of spring and the unveiling of its new, 2,100 square-foot greenhouse, dubbed “Container Cove,” at its Spring Fever event Saturday, March 27. This will be the first opportunity for customers to step inside the new greenhouse since construction began in mid-November of last year.
“Now that the temperature is rising, we’re all getting excited for the warmth and color of spring,” said Dan Mulch, marketing director at Hoerr Nursery. “We receive quite a few questions this time of year about what to do now in your garden. So we wanted to create an environment where people can find answers, check out the early-spring plants and herbs, and get a sneak-peek of our new ‘Container Cove!’”
