Baldwin works with dozens of garden centers nationwide and is considered one of the premier consultants in the industry. His webinar will complement an article he wrote for the July issue of GC that focuses on helping garden centers avoid the temptation to take the summer off -- and he offers practical, profitable ways to turn the "dog days" into "hey days."
The lively power-point presentation will be followed by a Q&A session, during which attendees can tap Ian's expertise or get his take on better ways to run their own businesses.
