Jonathan Bardzik releases new cookbook

"Seasons to Taste – Farm-fresh Joy for Kitchen and Table" features more than 120 recipes.

Storyteller, cook and author, Jonathan Bardzik strives to connect the popular culinary world with the gardens and farms that produce our food. Bardzik’s new cookbook, "Seasons to Taste – Farm Fresh Joy for Kitchen and Table," is a 320-page hardcover collection of 127 recipes, 32 short stories and sidebars sharing everything from the origins of new vegetable varieties to the flavor differences between varieties of heirloom tomatoes.

"Seasons to Taste" is a four-season celebration of farm and garden-fresh food and the people – friends, family and farmers – that cooking and sharing brings together. The recipes are organized by season and each one illustrated with a full-color photograph.

More information can be found at SeasonsToTasteCookbook.com. Signed and inscribed copies will be available at that website, and the book can also be ordered through Amazon.com beginning Dec. 1.
