Master Nursery Garden Centers and the Pennsylvania Landscape & Nursery Association (PLNA) announced this week that they will bring their major member events together this summer. The Master Nursery’s Conclave and PANTS show will be held July 30 - Aug. 2 in the Greater Philadelphia area.
Management of both organizations said that bringing the two events together will be advantageous to everyone involved. “Scheduling our Conclave jointly with PANTS will make it easier for our members to participate in both of these important events," said Bill Jameson, CEO of Master Nursery Garden Centers. "When we took a look at partnering with PLNA, it just seemed so logical. Our members will have a private day of education and networking on July 30th, and then attend PANTS the following three days. We are confident that combining our efforts to promote one event will increase attendance at PANTS and benefit PLNA, the vendors and attendees.”
Gregg Robertson, president of PLNA, added, “We are excited to have the Master Nursery members and vendors joining us at PANTS for their annual Conclave this July. We believe that this partnership will help both Master Nursery and PLNA better serve our independent garden center members.”
PANTS will celebrate its 40th anniversary during the show this year, which will be held at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, Pa. There are expected to be more than 400 exhibitors at PANTS, which is billed as having "everything for nursery and greenhouse growers, independent retail garden centers and landscape contractors.”
