Millstadt Young Plants and N.G. Heimos Greenhouses will host their Poinsettia Trial Open House on Thursday, Nov. 17, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. They will also host a special day for brokers to meet with the breeders on Nov. 16.
The open house will be showcasing a comparison trial of hundreds of poinsettia varieties from seven different breeders: Beekenkamp, Dümmen Orange, Lazzeri, Rinehart, Selecta, Syngenta and Suntory finished naturally and short day. Sponsors will provide breakfast and lunch.
