. The transaction increases Myers’ grower and distributor market share in
Canada
and in the southern and western
United States
.
ITML will be integrated into Myers’ Lawn and Garden Segment. Myers’ products include Dillen Products, Pro Cal and Listo Products. Myers manufactures polymer products for agricultural, automotive, commercial and consumer markets. Its 2005 net sales were $903.7 million.
