OutFront Portable Solutions, a manufacturer of seasonal garden centers, merchandising displays and accessories for the floral retail industry, has been acquired by an industry-related local company.
Entrepreneur Blake Loney, a Beamsville, Ontario, local known for his successful business ventures under B. A. Loney Services, completed the acquisition of OutFront and its subsidiary business units XL Shelter and Easy Fence at the close of 2024, after a comprehensive period of negotiations and due diligence.
The three companies provide quality seasonal garden center structures and merchandising accessories, steel and fabric shelter structures, and portable fences to clients across Canada and the USA.
Loney’s team has worked closely with OutFront over the past decade as a primary contractor and service provider and brings valuable expertise and a deep understanding of the businesses.

"We are thrilled to pass the torch to Blake, someone local who has been an integral part of our operations," said Tony Van Es, founder of OutFront Portable Solutions. "Blake's experience and dedication to the community and our clientele make him the ideal person to carry forward the legacy of OutFront, XL Shelter and Easy Fence."
With a combination of much existing and some new management, the transition will be smooth, and OutFront Portable Solutions will continue to operate under its familiar name.
OutFront’s management team includes Tanya Van Es, director of operations; Kathryn Kilpatrick, director of services; Mike VanSteekelenburg, director of sales & marketing; and Blake Loney, owner.
