Social media website Pinterest launched features on Thursday, March 13 that will allow companies to promote and share product pins, and it debuted a gifts feed, according to an article in MediaPost. Retailers can now post price, availability and other information within the pins, and users can browse gift feeds and sort items by price and type. The inspiration sharing company says that the new features are still a "work in progress," according to the article. And, "in terms of selecting what goes on the Gifts feed, a Pinterest spokesperson said the company will 'determine over time what's most relevant to Pinners.'"
