Michelle Harvey, owner of Lakeview Nurseries in two locations in Massachusetts, will join host Anne Obarski for a live interview during the monthly Garden Center Professionals Roundtable, set for 2 p.m. EDT May 12.
Throughout the year, Obarski has interviewed a number of the retail garden center industry's brightest leaders to give conference call participants insight that will help them run their businesses better. The interviews are sponsored by Garden Center Magazine and the California Association of Nurseries and Garden Centers.
In addition to her position at Lakeview Nurseries, Harvey has served as board chairman of Master Nursery Garden Centers, is a past president of the Massachusetts Nursery & Landscape Association and is past president of New England Grows. Harvey will share how she effectively stays in front of her customers every day during a program titled: "Your Customers Crave Your FACE Time! -- YouTube, Constant Contact and a powerful POS system!"
