MasterGardener.ai also provides a comprehensive array of plant knowledge in multiple languages, catering to a diverse audience of gardening enthusiasts, including seasoned horticulturists and novice gardeners.
Scapify also said it's focused on accessibility and sustainability, with MasterGardener.ai providing expert advice on growing plants in an eco-friendly manner and encouraging users to reduce their carbon footprint while enjoying the beauty of their gardens.
The tool can free up staff to focus on other essential tasks, like inventory management, order fulfillment and in-store customer service. It also makes information available at all times, including during peak times or after hours.
