Stationary brand Sheryl’s Virtual Garden has introduced a Succulent Botanical Mini-Collection of eco-friendly greeting cards for garden retailers.
"Our latest collection turns the textures and beauty of succulents into greeting cards that customers will treasure as much as the plants themselves," said Sheryl Ball, photographic artist and founder of Sheryl’s Virtual Garden, which was founded in 2019 and is a member of the United States Greeting Card Association.
The collection includes the following cards, with descriptions by the company:
- "Rustic Succulents": Thick, layered leaves spill from a terra-cotta pot in a richly detailed composition, perfect for encouragement or reflection.
- "Succulent Bouquet": Cascading Aeonium rosettes edged in burgundy, contrasted with sharp agave, create a striking yet soothing design.
- "Prickly": Prickly pear and barrel cactus with golden spines and yellow blooms symbolize endurance, protection and resilience.
- "Agave Elegance": Elegant curves in soft purples and greens showcase agave’s natural artistry and tranquil beauty.
"Succulents and cacti are more than a trend — they’re here to stay, and they resonate deeply with gardeners,” Ball said. “By translating these plants into greeting cards, we’re giving retailers a meaningful, sustainable product that customers can take home, gift or pair with live plant purchases.”
The company says the U.S.-made cards reinforce a top-selling plant category and are good for cross-merchandising as an impulse item alongside plants, pottery, books or décor.
The A7-size (5-inch by 7-inch) cards are blank inside and printed on 100-pound recycled smooth cover stock. They come display-ready and individually sleeved in clear cello, with a 24-pound white-wove square-flap envelope.
The Succulent Greeting Cards Collection is available now for wholesale orders through small business marketplace Faire and directly from Sheryl’s Virtual Garden, with additional succulent designs planned for release soon.
