Stauffer's of Kissel Hill is coming to Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, according to LDNews.com. The Lititz-based, family-owned business will operate a garden center at 1800 Cornwall Road, North Cornwall Township, the site of Stony Bridge Landscaping. Stony Bridge will continue to be based at the same property.
Stony Bridge owner Ed Copenhaver approached Stauffer's about using the building that Stony Bridge previously operated as a garden center. Debi Drescher, director of marketing and branding for Stauffer's, said Stauffer's has a multiyear lease option.
Drescher said this garden center will be the ninth for the company, which has three in Lancaster County (Lititz, Rohrerstown, Oregon Pike), three in the Harrisburg area (Hummelstown, Linglestown, Mechanicsburg) and two in York County (East York, Dover).
"We received a lot of positive response from our customers," Drescher said of reaction Stauffer's has received since word of its move into Lebanon began to circulate in recent weeks.
