Wolf Mountain Products, a provider of bark and aged wood-based soil enhancements and specialized mulch products, reached an agreement with Tessenderlo Kerley (TKI), a provider of liquid urea-triazone slow release nitrogen, potassium and sulfur-based fertilizer solutions, where TKI takes an equity position in the company.
Additionally, Wolf Mountain acquires from TKI the fertilizer brand firsTurf. Under an agreement between the companies, Wolf Mountain will be the supplier for TKI fertilizers for purchase sizes of 275-gallons and smaller. TKI has manufacturing plants in 10 locations in North America.
Various fertilizer products will be marketed under the firsTurf brand. Details of the investment in Wolf Mountain are not being released.
