Hort Couture is introducing its new website during Cultivate'18 and will celebrate with a launch party at 11 a.m. Monday at booth 1903. The website is a collaboration with True Mtn Marketing, an advertising and marketing agency specializing in website development that Alsip Home & Nursery CEO Richard Christakes is managing partner of. Christakes is also a member of the Garden Center Advisory Board.
There will be giveaways at the Hort Couture booth and a chance to meet the team from True Mtn Marketing, including the company's CEO John White. The new website will offer information about Hort Couture varieties and include professional photography for both the horticulture industry and consumers, who will be able to purchase varieties directly from the website, Christakes says.
“The new website is dynamic, very user friendly and allows us so many opportunities to grow the marketplace for Hort Couture products,” says Jim Monroe, CEO of Hort Couture.
The Cultivate'18 launch party will feature a Facebook Live feed operated by True Mtn, free giveaways of Hort Couture clothing and merchandising and other activities. Attendees will also receive the new Hort Couture Buyers Guide with information on more than 40 new varieties for a 2019 introduction.
