The WESTERN trade show (Jan. 3-4 in Overland Park, Kan.), is offering a day-long, hands-on education program for retailers. “The Garden Center Development Program” will be presented by Robert Hendrickson and Sid Raisch of The Garden Center Group.
Attendees should bring their financial information (2009 P&L, department sales figures, property size used for retail sales, number of parking spots, marketing material currently being used and monthly sales figures to be used to budget) The program is interactive and targeted toward both owners and key department manager personnel. Attendees will receive handouts for future reference.
