The Wild Bird Centers of America is launching a new Wild Bird Center National Dealership Program in partnership with Commerce Corporation, the largest distributor to independent garden centers and nurseries across the United States. For the first time ever, this exclusive program makes select Wild Bird Center private label products available to independent retail outlets beyond its franchise organization.
“This idea evolved through several sources which indicated that we had a winning concept,” said George Petrides Jr., CEO of Wild Bird Centers of America. “As a franchisor, we wanted to extend our brand to potential customers looking for better backyard birding experiences outside our franchisees’ exclusive territories. Commerce Corporation, our distribution partner, also sought a complete and unique bird program to offer its valued clients.
Because the birding hobby is second only to gardening in popularity, bird feeding and watching is a natural fit with all nature-related activities around the home. Our new program brings these two pastimes together perfectly at the retail level. This initiative quickly demonstrated strong growth and we look forward to working with our new garden center accounts for years to come.”
The Wild Bird Centers' exclusive product line, developed over 25 years of wild bird feeding research and experience, features a wide range of its famous specialty seed blends, suet cakes, bird feeders, bird houses and accessories, all supported by nationally-recognized marketing programs.
