Zelinda LeBoutillier, the force behind Waterloo Gardens, died in her West Whiteland, Pa., home on Oct. 7, Daily Local News reported. She was 76.
The daughter of Waterloo Gardens’ founders James and Anna Paolini, LeBoutillier served on a variety of community boards and ran her own cooking school in addition to her duties at the nursery and landscaping business that operates three retail stores.
“She was such a generous person,” said daughter Susan LeBoutillier of her mother’s work with non-profits. “She had a big heart.”
