Intrinsic Perennial Gardens markets the third introduction in the company's cocktail series of Geum, Geum x ‘Mai Tai’ PPAF. Along with ‘Sangria’ and Tequila Sunrise’ PPAF, ‘Mai Tai’ is a hybrid with unique colored flowers of vermillion red that fade to peach and finally to pink. The single and semi double flowers start blooming in May and continue around three to four weeks. The short clumping plants reach around 10 inches tall and over 12 inches wide and have burgundy red stems reaching around 18+ inches tall and prefer a moist to well drained soil in full sun.
