The Local Plant Pro (LPP) Phone App gives garden centers a new mobile platform to engage directly with customers and create a new revenue stream. With this customized and accessible mobile app, subscribing garden centers can employ direct messaging and drive meaningful sales transactions.
First, your IGC subscribes to Local Plant ProTM and customizes a management portal. Then, promote the app to your customers. They’ll download the app from the App Store, select your garden center by zip code, then contact you directly through the app. Customers can send photos of plants and pests for identification, DIY gardening questions, and shopping requests to your professionals. Your pros will answer questions & suggest plants, products and add-ons. Pros can also send push notifications for events, timely garden reminders, plant sales and more. Customer conversations are stored in their “My Journal” portion of the app; your conversations are stored in your online portal.
